Our Food and Beverage team is looking to recruit a Commis Sommelier for Saffrons, our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be friendly and motivated with excellent customer service skills and of smart appearance.
Knowledge
With a keen interest in wines, you will have WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Diploma or equivalent and a good level of spoken French.
Experience
At least 1 years working experience within a similar establishment is required. Previous experience with micros POS would be advantageous.
Skills:
1. Good communication and fluency in English and French;
2. Excellent customer care;
3. Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management;
4. Highly self motivated and good presentation;
5. Good interpersonal manners and works well in a team;
