This role supports the business community through designing and delivering solutions to business requirements. The role requires a collaborative approach with business managers to ensure an appropriate understanding of their requirements.
Ideal candidate will have software development experience, preferably within a financial services environment. Candidate must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with the business community and business analysts in defining application requirements
- Design and develop new software products and solutions
- Modify existing software products to match changes in business processes
- Provide 3rd line and trouble shooting support to the Service Desk, Operations and Applications Support teams.
