An exciting new role has become available. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has an outgoing personality and strong organisational skills. Your principal role will be to building new client relationships and setting up systems to ensure the smooth running of all bookings and events, reporting into the Deputy General Manager.
To manage the day to day booking enquiries within the FandB department, by promoting the hotel, selling the facilities and ensuring that the customers are satisfied with their event. Whilst ensuring maximum profitability of the departments by increasing sales and controlling costs in line with budgetary constraints.
Some experience of sales and Events organization would be an advantage, as would an understanding of hotel operations although full training will be provided.
Hours: 40 over 5 days (may include some weekends and evenings)
