Reporting to the owners, the role encompasses the preparation of our food and the overall management of our cafe, in conjunction with a head waitress. It's a busy, challenging role, encompassing ALL aspects of running a cafe. On the food preparation side you would be responsible for preparing breakfasts, light lunches and teas. Must be able to bake. There is considerable scope for personal creativity in the menu. Need to be able to work under pressure, to high standards, with a small team of staff within our small family-run, tourism business. No evening work. Previous experience of food preparation, food safety and hygiene qualifications and some management experience required.
Hours: 48
Days per Week: 6 (Tuesday to Sunday)
Shift: 8.30am to approximately 5pm
