We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and enthusiastic individual to become part of the kitchen team. Duties will include daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean. Cooking qualifications to NVQ level 2 or equivalent and basic food hygiene are essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years culinary experience within a similar sized 4* operation in a similar role, with a good understanding of European cuisine and ideally large volume production. This position requires a good level of English, good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management; Highly self motivated and good presentation; Good interpersonal manners and works well in a team; Adaptable, flexible and ready to learn. Hours: 42 Days per Week: 5
