• Processing retail and trade orders received from customers
• Dealing with any order amendments or problems that may arise.
• Generating purchase orders to have stock made or bought
• Generating invoices for orders that have been despatched
• Dealing with website enquiries for Jersey Pottery and Bryn Parry Studios
• Debt collection for accounts receivable
• Assisting with updating specific areas of websites (www.jerseypottery.com, www.brynparry.com )
• Opening and distributing the post at the beginning of the day and sending the company post at the end of it
• Allocating and distributing both customer loyalty cards and staff cards, as well as dealing with any enquiries/ issues surrounding them
• Assisting accounts team with journal postings of daily schools catering and retail/airport shop takings
• Coordinating mail deliveries and post
