The role of the Procurement Regional Trainee and Administrator is to:
• Actively supports the management of all aspects of the supplier lifecycle through strategy, business engagement, tender, negotiation,contract management, ensuring best interests of HSBC are served in managing Agreements.
• Ensure seamless supply of goods or service to HSBC and other areas of the Group
• Contribute to the Procurement strategy by providing administrative support to Category Managers.
The ideal candidate will have past experience of working with Word and Excel, have consistently achieved set objectives and be pro-active with managing their own self-improvement. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to share information in clear, concise and professional manner.
