We are looking for an experienced professional to run the Café Bar, in one of Jersey's most popular
business hotels.
You will have the opportunity to use all your business skills in creating a key destination venue in Jersey’s Town Centre. If you have the ability to lead and inspire we can offer a fabulous challenge for the right applicant.
Main Tasks
To ensure the smooth running of the Café Bar in line with hotel polices and procedures
To ensure that the products produced and sold are of the highest quality and exceeds customer expectations
Developing, motivating and inspiring your colleagues
To encourage sales and maximise profitability, ensuring costs are kept within the budgeted amounts
To maintain a high standard of Hygiene and Safety
