To provide support and advice to Managers and staff for all HR related matters including, but not limited to:
Recruitment, Employee Relations, Currently Employment Legislation; Absence Management and Reporting, Producing HR Management reports.
Co-ordinate and process monthly payroll adjustments in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintaining all employee information and electronic files in line with Data Protection legislation.
Responsible for the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff and ensuring all regulatory and legislative requirements are met.
Administering annual appraisal process.
Preparing job descriptions and ensuring that existing job descriptions are kept up to date.
Conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings and documenting accordingly in line with employment legislation.
