You will be a driven individual with a working knowledge of JCT forms and contract and have proven cost management and project administration abilities. You will have experience in managing a team of project based quantity surveyors and ideally of a directly employed labour force. Ideally you will have residential and/or commercial project experience and relevant industry qualifications would be beneficial. Finally, you will be self motivated, able to work using your own initiative and be proficient in MS Excel and Word.
