The postholder will provide a high quality and reliable information, advice and administration service by dealing proactively with all initial customer enquiries to the Housing department, to ensure first class service delivery to meet customer needs. The Customer Service team will answer all incoming telephone calls, face-to-face and internet interactions and all general e-mail enquiries, supporting the individual service function teams in the Department.
