We are looking for a Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie to join our busy team in Kitchen Zephyr and Grill. Applicants should have a minimum level of C and G 706/ 1 and 2 (or NVQ equivalent) and Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate at the time of applying. We are looking for an individual with strong teamwork skills but also with an ability to work on your own initiative when necessary. Previous knowledge or experience in Asian cuisine would be an advantage but is not a necessity for the role.
Hours: 40
Days per Week: 5-6 (Weekends included)
